How to make a return?

To request a return or exchange, please contact info@santanademora.com with the subject "Return or exchange of my product" and tell us your order number and the parts you want to return.

SANTANA Đ MORA You have the right to refuse the return of a garment if it is not in its initial state.

* In the event that a promotional code is applied to the order placed, it cannot be returned as such. It can only be made as an exchange or a redeemable voucher for a period of six months.

How do I know if the returned items have been received?

Once the package has been processed, you will receive an email certifying that we have correctly received the package. Meanwhile, you can track the package, using the tracking number provided by the logistics company.

Once the package is received, how long do I have to return the items?

You have 15 days to change your mind and return the item in its original condition. The return costs will be at your expense.

At Christmas we extend our return period, all items purchased from November 23, can be exchanged / returned until January 15.

Can an item be exchanged?

The changes of articles are only allowed in cases of manufacturing defects or change of size. In this case, please contact our customer service at the following address: info@santanademora.com. You can also request a return on your own and place a new order on our website.

Will shipping costs be reimbursed in case of return of an item?

As the shipping costs for purchase are free, they are not returned when a return or exchange is made.
